Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of your appointment and we accept both card and cash. To help us maintain our schedule for all patients, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid cancellation fees.
Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance, please check your specific policy for details regarding physiotherapy cover and reimbursement criteria. We are more than happy to provide detailed receipts for your claims.
